This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Engineer based in Dodda Ballapur. Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting machinery issues, and delivering exceptional customer service in line with company standards. The role also entails conducting field visits to install, service, and maintain packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaboration with internal teams to address customer concerns is also a key part of the role.

• Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
• Proficiency in Field Service and Technical Support
• Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting technical issues with machinery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
• Ability to work efficiently on-site and travel as needed for field service visits
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualifications preferred
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical packaging machinery or similar industries is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
