Job Overview
We are urgently hiring for a
Sales Engineer Control Valves at our Mumbai (Thane/Navi Mumbai) location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of valves (Control, Ball, Globe, Butterfly, Check, Needle, Pinch, Plug, Wafer, Safety Relief) and prior experience in sales/marketing within the Control Valve or Instrumentation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and promote the company's products across India.
- Conduct market research, visit existing and new customers, and build long-term relationships.
- Present technical solutions to clients and secure sales contracts.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Lead marketing and sales initiatives PAN India by identifying objectives, strategies, and action plans.
- Develop customer-focused solutions and manage client relationships independently.
- Ensure strong customer engagement and support in technical environments.
- Drive techno-commercial selling with a clear understanding of products and applications.
Skills Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Control Valves and related products.
- Proven experience in marketing sales of valves/instrumentation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-starter attitude.
