Experience: 3 to 8 years

Qualification

  • B.E. Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical / B.E. Chemical

Salary Range: 5 to 10 LPA

Job Overview

We are urgently hiring for a Sales Engineer Control Valves at our Mumbai (Thane/Navi Mumbai) location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of valves (Control, Ball, Globe, Butterfly, Check, Needle, Pinch, Plug, Wafer, Safety Relief) and prior experience in sales/marketing within the Control Valve or Instrumentation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and promote the company's products across India.
  • Conduct market research, visit existing and new customers, and build long-term relationships.
  • Present technical solutions to clients and secure sales contracts.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Lead marketing and sales initiatives PAN India by identifying objectives, strategies, and action plans.
  • Develop customer-focused solutions and manage client relationships independently.
  • Ensure strong customer engagement and support in technical environments.
  • Drive techno-commercial selling with a clear understanding of products and applications.

Skills Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Control Valves and related products.
  • Proven experience in marketing sales of valves/instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-starter attitude.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to manage key accounts.
  • Familiarity with emerging markets and industry trends.
