Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Indore. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and engaging with potential customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role includes delivering technical support, preparing proposals, and collaborating with customers to offer tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves providing personalized customer service and representing the company's portfolio of steam engineering products and solutions.

• Sales Engineering and Sales expertise to identify leads, create proposals, and achieve targets
• Technical Support skills to deliver solutions and address customer technical queries effectively
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and present technical concepts clearly
• Customer Service ability to nurture client relationships and provide tailored solutions
• Relevant academic background in Engineering or a related technical field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in managing technical tools and CRM platforms
• Prior experience in steam technology or the energy solutions industry is an added advantage
• Analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying customer needs
