· Strong in customer relationship management, demos, presentations & key account handling.
· Good technical understanding, CRM usage, and sales funnel management.
· Excellent communication, coordination, and up-selling skills.

Job Description:
-Build and manage relationships with key industrial customers.
- Lead customer presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept discussions.
- Collaborate across sales, technical, and inside sales teams to progress leads.
- Handle commercial and technical coordination with customer stakeholders.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and sales funnel discipline.
- Own customer engagement across on-boarding, feedback, solution up-selling, and renewals.
- Up sell new and upgraded solutions to existing accounts.
- Gather customer requirements to feed into product development and road-map discussions.
