Job description:
Plan and achieve/exceed industrial revenue targets
Expand reach into the market through networking, cold calling, customer visits & marketing
Scout, evaluate & appoint direct industrial dealers in industrial hubs present in the region
Manage Channel Partners & their Salesforce to achieve the targets
Responsible for establishing product base in the process industries, Steel, Cement, Chemicals, Metals, Textiles Mining, Tyre, Paper Pulp, etc
Develop a Business case for the acquisition of new customers in the region
Compiles market and competitive data in order to help better position and identify business opportunities in the region
Generate Opportunities from existing and new customers and ensure conversion; Manage RFQs responses and conversion within timelines
Ensure effective Account Receivables within timelines and Debtors Management
Develop activity planning in the regions (exhibitions, customer value propositions, customer visits, etc.)
Drive cross-selling of products across business units through liaising with engineering, marketing, or other teams as applicable
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with other departments
Candidate Desired Profile:
BE -: Mech Engg / EEE/ ECE/ IE only preferred.
Minimum 3to 6 years of experience inIndustrial sales to process manufacturing industries (Power, Chemical, Steel, Textiles, Cement, etc.)
Experience in appointing and managing Industrial distributors / Channel Partners
Experience in Enterprise / direct Sales with Industries would be an added advantage
Existing contacts in the OEMs & process manufacturing industries are preferred.
