Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities for analytical instruments (spectrometers)
  • Achieve assigned sales targets within the defined region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
  • Conduct regular market visits for lead generation and follow-ups
  • Track market trends, upcoming projects, and industry developments
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer and opportunity data
  • Coordinate with internal teams (service, application, finance) for smooth order execution
  • Support customers with technical and commercial documentation
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms
  • Provide basic after-sales coordination and customer support
  • Report sales activities and performance to the Regional Sales Manager

Skills Qualifications

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B / industrial / technical sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good relationship management and customer handling ability
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven role
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
