Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities for analytical instruments (spectrometers)
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the defined region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Conduct regular market visits for lead generation and follow-ups
- Track market trends, upcoming projects, and industry developments
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and strategies
- Maintain accurate and updated customer and opportunity data
- Coordinate with internal teams (service, application, finance) for smooth order execution
- Support customers with technical and commercial documentation
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms
- Provide basic after-sales coordination and customer support
- Report sales activities and performance to the Regional Sales Manager
Skills Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B / industrial / technical sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good relationship management and customer handling ability
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven role
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
