Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Engineer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct client meetings, and present technical solutions aligned with customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, demonstrating modular piping systems, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Engineer will also gather market feedback, support product improvements, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand customer needs and propose suitable modular piping solutions.
  • Candidates should possess effective Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the sales cycle, build long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, conduct presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering fields are beneficial.
  • Experience in industrial piping, fluid handling systems, or related technical sales roles is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, willingness to travel within the region, and proficiency in basic office and CRM software are preferred.
