Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating leads, presenting solutions to clients, and managing the sales cycle. Responsibilities include providing technical support, building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals and delivering tailored technical solutions are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
  • Ability to understand and present technical concepts effectively
  • Experience in the industrial solutions domain is a plus
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
  • past work experience in any pump related industry/MNC preferred (if any)
