Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Kolkata. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and effectively promoting HVAC products. Daily responsibilities will include providing technical support, collaborating with the sales team, conducting product demonstrations, managing customer relationships, and contributing to sales growth by identifying new opportunities. The role will require frequent interaction with customers to address queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support expertise to address customer needs and provide product solutions effectively.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales, including identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals successfully.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and articulate them to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the electrical manufacturing or related industry is an advantage.
