Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior. The Sales Engineer will engage with clients to provide technical solutions, support sales processes, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding technical requirements, presenting suitable products or services, and conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs and respond to product inquiries will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Engineering and the ability to provide technical solutions to meet client needs
- Strong capabilities in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and teams
- Experience in offering Technical Support and resolving product-related issues
- Relevant experience in a technical or engineering field
- Proficiency in problem-solving and understanding industrial products and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
Salary Range is 15000 to 25000 depending on qualification and skills
