Job Description

Business Development & Sales Planning:

  • Plan, develop, and achieve business targets for Low Voltage Switchgear (LVS) products within the industrial sales segment.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities across key market segments including Panel Builders, OEMs, EPCs, End Users, and Consultants.
  • Track market share, competitor activities, and emerging business trends to support sales strategy.

Customer Engagement & Market Development:

  • Identify key customers, plan structured customer visits, and build long-term relationships.
  • Create market acceptability through effective brand-building initiatives and customer engagement programs.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence related to customer needs, applications, and segment growth potential.

Pre-Sales & Technical Support:

  • Educate customers on company product advantages through technical discussions, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Support customers in understanding product applications, configurations, and solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Assist in addressing customer complaints and technical-commercial issues to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Sales Execution & Negotiation:

  • Manage the complete sales process including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal support, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Conduct and manage customer meetings effectively to drive decision-making and closure.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Prepare and present reports related to sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis.
