- Track market share, competitor activities, and emerging business trends to support sales strategy.
Customer Engagement & Market Development:
- Identify key customers, plan structured customer visits, and build long-term relationships.
- Create market acceptability through effective brand-building initiatives and customer engagement programs.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence related to customer needs, applications, and segment growth potential.
Pre-Sales & Technical Support:
- Educate customers on company product advantages through technical discussions, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Support customers in understanding product applications, configurations, and solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Assist in addressing customer complaints and technical-commercial issues to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Sales Execution & Negotiation:
- Manage the complete sales process including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal support, negotiation, and order closure.
- Conduct and manage customer meetings effectively to drive decision-making and closure.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Prepare and present reports related to sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis.
