Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Chennai, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored OMG LABS solutions. Core responsibilities include managing technical discussions, delivering product demonstrations, assisting the sales team in addressing client needs, and supporting post-sales integration and support processes. The role combines technical expertise with customer interaction to drive sales success and foster client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Technical and analytical skills: Knowledge of product engineering, solution architecture, and problem-solving in a customer-facing environment.
  • Sales and customer engagement skills: Strong interpersonal communication, ability to understand client needs, and presenting customized solutions.
  • Demonstration and presentation skills: Effective pitching of product features, technologies, and outcomes tailored to customer goals.
  • Project support and troubleshooting skills: Capability to assist with onboarding and resolving technical issues during the post-sale phase.
  • Strong collaboration abilities: Fluent interaction with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to align on customer success.
  • Degree or experience in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in protein products, agriculture, or organic markets is a plus.
