About the Role

We are expanding our team in India and looking for motivated, curious, and ambitious Sales Engineers who are passionate about technology and enjoy working with people.

This is an opportunity for engineering graduates and early-career professionals to build a career in Technical Sales, Smart Buildings, IoT, AI, and Building Automation.

You don't need previous experience in smart building technology. We provide training and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and engage with building owners, developers, facilities management companies, contractors, and consultants.
• Understand customer needs, existing building systems, and operational challenges.
• Introduce NETIX AI solutions and support technical presentations and platform demonstrations.
• Work alongside senior sales professionals on customer meetings, proposals, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Coordinate with technical and product teams to support customer requirements.
• Develop knowledge of Smart Buildings, IoT, AI, Building Management Systems (BMS), and intelligent building solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) preferred.
• 0–5 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
• Interest in Smart Building Technology, IoT, AI, and Building Automation.
• Exposure to BMS, ELV, fire safety, MEP systems, sensors, controllers, BACnet, Modbus, or IP networking is an advantage, but not required.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn and grow.
