Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include managing and analyzing sales processes, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the team in achieving sales goals. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales processes to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in providing Technical Support and understanding technical specifications of products and services
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and present appropriate technical solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Previous experience in industrial instruments or related industries is advantageous
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and ability to deliver technical presentations
