Job Description

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with a strong understanding of electrical products and the industry. This role is open to both freshers and candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally within the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) or Semiconductor industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and actively develop and follow up on new leads.
  • Customer Outreach: Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other media.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, continuously striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from handling customer requests for quotation to the closure of deals and monitoring prompt shipments.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends to stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales role is ideal, preferably in the EMS, Semiconductor industry, or a related industry. Freshers with relevant qualifications will also be considered.
  • Education: Requirement of an Electrical Engineer with good knowledge of electrical products and the industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electronic components.
