Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing technical solutions, and offering support during the pre-sales and post-sales phases. Key responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, assisting in project planning, coordinating with implementation teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves delivering exceptional support to clients and working closely with the sales team to drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering, with the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively
  • Strong Technical Support skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the HVAC, IBMS, or similar industries is a plus
