Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Ahmedabad location. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include managing customer communication, enhancing customer experiences, and maintaining a professional and empathetic approach to all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and managing customer relationships effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Patience, problem-solving skills, and an empathetic attitude
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative team environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
