Role Description The Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vasco Goa. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their technical and business requirements, present appropriate solutions, and support the sales process from initial contact through closing. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering product demonstrations, responding to technical inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. The role involves daily client interactions, follow-ups on leads and opportunities, documentation of customer requirements, and participation in sales meetings and reporting activities. The Sales Engineer will also provide basic technical support, contribute to proposals, and maintain strong professional relationships to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to effectively bridge customer needs with technical solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the sales cycle, handle inquiries, and maintain client relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Relevant experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, preferably in an engineering or technology-related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines and sales targets.
• Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
