JES operates workshops in Dammam and Mumbai to provide cost-efficient services, including inspection, repair, and overhaul of key drilling equipment. With a focus on reliability and innovation, JES supports onshore and offshore drilling and workover rigs across the energy sector.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their technical and business needs, and offering tailored solutions from JES's product and service portfolio. Responsibilities include providing technical support, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with clients to develop proposals that meet their operational requirements. The role requires frequent coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and support successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and the ability to apply technical knowledge to identify solutions for clients.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional support.
  • Proficiency in Sales with a proven ability to meet targets and close deals.
  • Experience in offering Technical Support, including providing technical guidance and troubleshooting for clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation /Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with equipment and technologies in the energy and oilfield services sector is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
