Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role for the Kerala territory. The candidate will be responsible for the sales and promotion of CO₂ Laser Systems, OT Lights, and OT Instruments, developing strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and promotion of CO₂ Laser Systems, OT Lights, and OT Instruments

• Regular visits to hospitals, doctors, surgeons, and healthcare institutions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities

• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, demonstrations, installations, and customer support

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities• Achieve assigned territory sales targets

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience in the medical equipment/device industry

• Experience in CO₂ Laser Systems, OT Lights, and/or OT Instruments is preferred

• Good English communication skills – verbal and written

• Professional interaction with doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff

• Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred

Travel: Required within the assigned territory

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 2–3 Years

Industry Experience: Medical Equipment / Medical Devices preferred
