We are looking to hire a dynamic Sales Professionals for our Gear Cutting Tools (GCT) business, based out of NCR (India).

Location: NCR

Position: Executive / Sr. Executive / Engineer

Experience- 0-6 years

Ctc -For fresher's- approx.. 4 to 4.5 lakhs. ,

ctc – for experience, based on existing CTC.

working Days – 6 days

Industry: Cutting Tools – Automotive

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

Minimum 2 years to max 6years

Product Exposure

• Experience in cutting tools for the automotive industry, such as:
• Broaches
• Hobs
• Shaving Cutters
• Skiving Cutters
• Rolling Dies (Flat & Circular)
• Key Responsibilities & Skills
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
• Drive new business development for GCTs and achieve assigned sales targets
• Identify and explore new markets and business opportunities
• Generate inquiries, develop leads, and convert them into business
• Strong understanding of gear nomenclature and manufacturing processes
• Good knowledge of market dynamics and customer requirements
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of the products
