Job Role -
- Generating sales leads through building up professional contacts and networking.
- Travelling throughout sales territory.
- Identifying the customers current and future requirements.
- Demonstrating products, services and solutions to potential clients.
- Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed
- technical proposal for them.
- Preparing and presenting potential cost benefit analysis to potential clients.
- Negotiating Offers, payment terms and delivery.
- Conducting and attending sales review meeting on regular period.
- Achieving Payment collection target. Responsible for increasing the market cover of the
- company and awareness about the product.
- Develop strategies and initiated several ideas for manufacturing technological products.
- Prepared tenders, actions, and proposals.
- Travelling as per the requirement of sales.
- Making daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Motivating the team in achieving monthly and yearly target.
Experience Required
- At least 1 12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Mumbai and outskirts Market in Automation and Electrical Market
- A Bachelor or Engineering Electrical, Electronics or instrumentation engineer
- Experience in acquisition of small to large order, estimation and offer preparation
- Strong customer people management skill across a range of skills and experiences with customers.
- Demonstrate excellent customer focus together with good networking skills and vendor management.
- Strategic thinker with good results orientation and the ability to make an impact and influence change
- Experience in Sensors, PLC, Drives, switchgear, MCC, PCC, SCADA, DCS estimation is preferred
- Has good decision-making capability
- Ability to commute/relocate in Mumbai, Raigad, Pune: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
