Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer position located in Pune. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, providing technical support to clients, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, showcasing products, preparing technical proposals, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring seamless execution of solutions that address client needs.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales processes with a focus on technical products and solutions.
  • Strong Technical Support skills, including the ability to understand and explain technical products to clients effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with clients and team collaboration.
  • Customer Service and support skills, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership with clients.
  • Educational background in Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred.
  • Experience in industrial equipment or hydraulics sector will be a significant advantage.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
