Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fields of automation, gearboxes, and robotics.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors,.

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

Collaborate with the engineering team to provide suitable solutions as per client requirements.

Achieve sales targets and expand market share in assigned regions.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.

Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain good customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.

515 years of experience in gearboxes sales & marketing. .

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and handle client interactions professionally.

Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
