Role Overview:
Role Description: AU Sales Engineer
1) To handle given grid customers with complete ownership.
2) Sales target to achieve for grid customers.
3) ISDBs & SSDBs to be done for grid customers.
4) Fully involved for their service & commercial issues for further resolution.
5) Resolution of overdue payments of the grid customers.
6) Coordinate with HO support divisions and provide appropriate services in terms of offer submission, order processing, commercial & service related issues.
7) Extensive traveling to visit all the grid customers per Quarter.
8) Update Call schedules, call reporting in the system.
9) Review offer base on a continuous basis & provide months Fresh & Booking order projections.
10) Coordinate with Branch admin & HO support functions for order booking & Payment collection.
11) One seminar at Grid customer area per year.
12) 3 presentations at grid customers place every quarter.
13) Emailers for the new application & products to Grid customers.
14) Attend min one training for updating his/her profile & competencies.
Key Responsible Areas: He will be responsible for AU grid customers
Educational Qualification: BE - Instrumentation
Work Experience: 4 to 9 years
Key Skills: Knowledge of Pressure, temperature, and level transmitters for monitoring and control., etc
