We're Hiring | Sales Engineer (Medical Devices)

Location:Ludhiana, Punjab (Field Role)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to handle field sales and business

development for a growing medical technology portfolio in Punjab. This role involves promoting

medical devices, service solutions, and equipment support offerings across hospitals, clinics, and

diagnostic centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to promote medical devices and service solutions

Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified leads

Identify and connect with decision-makers (Biomedical Engineers, Purchase Heads,

Administrators, Doctors)

Build and maintain strong professional relationships within healthcare institutions

Coordinate product demonstrations, service discussions, and commercial negotiations

Ensure smooth communication between clients and service teams

Maintain regular follow-ups to build long-term partnerships

Provide basic technical understanding of products and solutions

Requirements:

34 years of experience in medical devices / biomedical / healthcare sales

Strong hospital network in Ludhiana / Punjab preferred

Confident field presence and hospital engagement skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building ability

Self-driven, target-oriented mindset

2-wheeler mandatory
