About the Role

Looking for a motivated and field-ready Sales Engineer to drive product sales, develop strong customer relationships, and support technical solution delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in engineering sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, meet, and convert potential industrial clients.
  • Promote and sell company products such as diesel engines, electric motors, pumping systems, and related engineering solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare visit reports, quotations, and follow-ups for order closure.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Travel to customer sites as required (local & outstation).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering/industrial sales.
  • Diploma or BE in Electrical / Mechanical / General Engineering.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial products will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
