Job Description:
- New Business development: Generate new leads through various channels and identify
prospects
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Understand customer requirements and articulate a suitable solution
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
- Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaboration with the technical team for technical discussions and demonstrations
Required Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the software industry.
- Experience in B2B Sales
- Experience in a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Clear understanding of the software market and its key players.
- Self-Motivated
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
