Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to power plants, steel plants, and industrial units to meet end users and purchase managers for product promotion and business development.
Present and explain company products and solutions effectively, with the objective of generating enquiries and converting them into orders.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and approach potential customers and new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Communicate the value proposition of products clearly to customers and align solutions with their requirements.
Handle customer communication through emails, including sharing catalogues, technical details, and commercial proposals.
Maintain and regularly update client databases and sales records (Google Sheets).
Coordinate closely with internal teams, including management and technical departments, to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close deals in line with company policies.
Support customers in problem resolution and after-sales service coordination.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve overall business targets and improve customer experience.
Preferred Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in industrial sales (hydraulics, related fields preferred)
Ability to build relationships and handle negotiations
Self-driven with a target-oriented approach
Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh
