Role Description

This full-time on-site Sales Engineer role is based in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support to clients, and addressing customer requirements. The role involves building relationships with prospective and current customers, offering specialized product insights, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to address client needs and demonstrate product value
• Strong Communication skills to convey technical information and engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
• Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Mechanical/ Environmental Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and achieve measurable results
