Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Direct B2B sales of Debricking Equipment to steel and heavy industries
  • Visit steel plants and industrial clients for technical presentations, demonstrations, and site assessments
  • Develop and execute territory-based sales plans, maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects
  • Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate custom machinery solutions
  • Liaise with internal design, service, and support teams for proposal generation and project delivery
  • Prepare technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD where required
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with purchase, operations, and maintenance departments in target companies
  • Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to product and design teams
  • Represent company at trade shows, expos, and on-site demos

  • Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
  • 35 years of experience in capital machinery or mechanical equipment sales
  • Proven experience in B2B field sales to steel plants or similar manufacturing industries
  • Must have visited steel industry sites and understood plant operations
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial applications
  • AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across regions for field sales
