  • New Business development: Generate new leads through various channels and identify

prospects

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Understand customer requirements and articulate a suitable solution
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Collaboration with the technical team for technical discussions and demonstrations

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the software industry.
  • Experience in B2B Sales
  • Experience in a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Clear understanding of the software market and its key players.
  • Self-Motivated
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
