Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer located in Rajkot, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the sales team by understanding customer needs and providing technical solutions. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with clients to deliver tailored solutions, and assisting in achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful adoption of the company's solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to assist with providing technical solutions and resolving customer issues.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to drive revenue and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Excellent Communication skills to convey technical concepts in an accessible manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the marketing industry or related domains will be considered an advantage.
