Role Summary
We are looking for adynamic Junior Sales Executiveto support our sales operations in Hyderabad. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, proposal coordination, and supporting senior sales managers in closing B2B projects related to building automation and energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calls, emails, site visits, and networking
- Support senior sales team in managing client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution proposals
- Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and basic ROI/business cases
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Coordinate site surveys, demos, and pilot installations when required
- Track project progress post-order and support collections and documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, facility managers, and channel partners
- Stay updated on Zedbee products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in HVAC, BMS, IoT, energy, or automation)
- Good communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; Telugu preferred)
- Basic understanding of technical solutions and ability to explain value propositions
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling to corporates, commercial buildings, or industrial clients
- Exposure to building automation systems, HVAC, or energy management solutions
- Familiarity with tendering, EPC contractors, or system integrators
- Prior experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization
