Role Description
We are hiring for a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager, based in Noida. The role focuses on identifying and developing business opportunities, offering technical support, and promoting amusement and infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs. The position involves managing the complete sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, delivering technical presentations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Experience in customer service and client relationship management
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend effective technical solutions
Solid understanding of design, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment between client needs and project execution
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Engineering preferred)
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial B2B sales and project-based selling
Strong product knowledge of the amusement industry will be preferred
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Compensation
