Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Engineer role located in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable solutions. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to develop and present compelling presentations, facilitating pre-sales demonstrations, resolving technical queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will also deliver training and guidance to customers on the use and benefits of Allied Telesis products and solutions.
Requirement-
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering and technical solution design.
- Strong understanding of wifi, mobility, Lan/Wan and security.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with partners, consultants and clients.
- Sales and Customer Service skills to deliver client-focused solutions
- Experience of drafting and working on RFP and RFI's
