About the Role
We are looking for proactive and result-oriented Sales Engineers to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and technical solution selling. The role involves field sales, customer engagement, site visits, proposal preparation, and order closure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and market visits
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
Conduct site visits and coordinate technical discussions with clients
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and technical clarifications
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate sales data and documentation
Negotiate commercial terms and close orders
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction
Prepare daily EOD reports and weekly KRA reports
Mandatory Qualifications
Graduate Degree or Diploma in Engineering
25 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Office
Comfortable using laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other digital tools

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
