Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Director – Operations, Risk & Compliance (R&C) Sales Enablement to lead and scale our global R&C enablement operations across the sales and deal lifecycle.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for operational excellence, governance, and risk-informed decision-making across complex, high-value, and regulated deals. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Delivery, Solutioning, and Enterprise Risk, enabling deal velocity while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end R&C Sales Enablement operations, including intake, prioritization, governance, and escalation
  • Embed risk and compliance inputs early in the deal discovery and solution shaping lifecycle
  • Assess solution-level risk exposure across regulatory, contractual, cybersecurity, operational, and delivery dimensions
  • Define and document risk mitigation strategies, residual risk positions, and required approvals
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex, high-risk, and time-sensitive pursuits
  • Deliver client-facing presentations articulating R&C frameworks, operating models, and assurance mechanisms
  • Drive quality assurance, SLA management, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Partner closely with Sales Leaders, Deal Principals, Legal, and Delivery teams to support informed decisions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop people managers and senior talent within R&C Sales Enablement
  • Evolve and mature the R&C enablement program through benchmarking, automation, tooling, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • Industry certifications preferred (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CGRC, PCI, SOX, GDPR)

Skills We Value

  • 12–15+ years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Governance, Information Security, or Sales Enablement
  • Strong experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder deals in regulated environments
  • Demonstrated success operating in global, matrixed organisation.
  • Proven leadership in operations, governance, quality management, and execution
  • Exceptional client-facing communication and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex risk concepts into business-relevant insights
