As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nuclei, you will play a critical role in building and qualifying our sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to drive demand generation for our B2B offerings, specifically targeting banks and Telcos.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and researchrequiring structured outreach, thoughtful personalization, and early customer interaction.
Markets: India, Middle East & Europe
What You'll Do
- Execute demand generation and sales development campaigns across:
- Email outreach and marketing email campaigns
- LinkedIn campaigns and direct outreach
- WhatsApp outreach where relevant and compliant
- Conduct basic account-based research on:
- Banks, fintechs, and enterprises we work with
- Key personas (digital heads, product leaders, partnerships, innovation teams)
- Ongoing initiatives, priorities, and potential use cases
- Personalize outreach messaging based on research and context
- Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery conversations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in CRM (status, notes, follow-ups)
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging
Who You Are
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales development, demand generation, or lead generation
- Hands-on experience with email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and structured follow-ups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable researching enterprises and tailoring conversations accordingly
- Organized, process-driven, and disciplined with CRM hygiene
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn about banking, fintech, and ecosystem-based products
