Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Employee at Maruti International, located in Mumbai. The Sales Employee will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Ability to perform market analysis and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience in the steel, metal, or manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic IT skills such as MS Office
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
