Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales Director to lead the organization's sales function, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive sales experience and strong team-building capabilities, ideally within the real estate sector. The candidate must also be open to content creation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement company-wide sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels.
- Set annual and quarterly sales targets and ensure company-wide achievement.
2. Team & Department Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and their teams across multiple units.
- Oversee the recruiting, onboarding, and development of sales staff.
- Cultivate a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
3. Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, forecasting models, and performance tracking systems.
- Optimize sales processes, CRM utilization, and lead management workflows.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to streamline sales efficiency.
4. Client, Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, developers, and investors.
- Oversee major deals, large negotiations, and enterprise-level accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings.
5. Content Creation & Brand Presence
- Participate in video content, market updates, social media features, and brand-building activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to support digital campaigns and thought-leadership content.
- Be comfortable being a visible public-facing representative of the company.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing to improve lead generation, campaign strategies, and brand positioning.
- Coordinate with operations to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Advise senior leadership on market trends, competitive insights, and business strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1015 years of progressively senior sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in real estate sales.
- Demonstrated ability to scale teams and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting tools.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
