Our client is a medical technology company that develops innovative devices and digital solutions to improve patient care and treatment outcomes. We are looking for a senior leader for the role of Sales Director India with a full Business Head mandate. While the title is Sales Director, the role carries end-to-end ownership of the India business, including sales, marketing alignment, commercial operations, channel expansion, stakeholder management, and business performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver Pan-India revenue, market share growth, and P&L outcomes
- Set and execute national sales and commercial strategy across channels
- Build and lead a strong regional leadership bench and performance culture
- Drive market expansion, key partnerships, and strategic account growth
- Partner with marketing on GTM, demand generation, and launch excellence
- Own forecasting, pipeline rigor, CRM discipline, and commercial governance
- Represent India business with global leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- 15+ years of leadership experience in medical devices / dental / healthcare tech
- Proven Pan-India commercial leadership experience
- Strong exposure to doctor / clinical / hospital channel sales
- Experience handling business scope beyond sales (ops + GTM + planning)
