What You'll Be Doing:
Enterprise Software Quality is no longer a back-office concern, it's a boardroom priority. CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs are under pressure to release faster, reduce risk, and modernize QA using AI. Qualitia sits right at this intersection.
We are looking for a battle tested Enterprise Software Sales Director who knows how to navigate complex buying groups, speak the language of BFSI executives, and consistently close high-value ($1M+) deals.
What You Will Own:
Revenue & Growth:
- Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts within BFSI, targeting CIO, CTO, CDO, and CEO.
- Lead full-cycle sales from executive discovery and value positioning to negotiation and closure.
- Translate business objectives into actionable territory and account plans.
- Identify new opportunities within verticals and drive account expansion.
- Define a clear and compelling annual plan, foster a strong execution-driven culture, and build a focused orientation toward acquiring and developing new customer accounts.
- Consistently build and maintain a 2 pipeline against target, with disciplined opportunity qualification.
Executive Engagement & Consultative Selling:
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite and senior technology leaders.
- Position Qualitia as a strategic partner for AI-driven QA, risk mitigation, and faster time-to-market.
- Articulate clear business outcomes such as cost reduction, release velocity, and scalable quality
Deal Strategy & Execution:
- Manage multiple parallel enterprise deals with long sales cycles and layered decision structures.
- Build ROI-backed business cases to support multi-year, high-ACV investments.
- Drive structured execution with strong forecasting and prioritization discipline.
What You Bring
Experience & Track Record
- 15+ years of proven success in enterprise B2B software sales, including significant SaaS experience.
- Strong experience selling CRM and enterprise SaaS platforms into large, complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota in enterprise environments with focus on monthly/quarterly execution.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and quick turnaround time.
- Deep exposure to BFSI verticals with strong understanding of their business units, regulatory nuances, and technology landscapes.
- Proven success closing $1M+ ACV enterprise deals with large account or strategic customers.
- Existing senior-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, or CEOs in target accounts.
