We're looking for a Director - Sales who can spearhead business development across India and neighboring countries, driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and elevating our market presence.
What You'll Lead
- Build and execute high-impact sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Decode market trends and customer needs to unlock new opportunities
- Lead, mentor & inspire a high-performance sales team
- Own revenue targets and consistently exceed them
- Act as a trusted advisor to top clients with tailored consultative solutions
- Track performance metrics and optimize for efficiency & scale
- Partner with Marketing & Product to drive a unified commercial strategy
- Present accurate sales forecasts & business insights to leadership
- Represent the brand at conferences, events & client meetings across India & abroad
- Build meaningful relationships with key hotels and industry stakeholders
What You Bring
- 1012 years of sales experience, preferably in consultative selling
- Engineering degree; MBA is an added advantage
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement scalable sales processes
- Hands-on leadership experience with the ability to manage & grow teams
- Strategic thinker with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally
- Bonus: Network in the hotel industry + exposure to e-commerce
