Sales Manager Staffing & Licensing | NCR /Bangalore Region

Location: NCR (Local candidates only) / Bangalore

Industry: IT Staffing & Licensing Sales (Hunter)

Travel: Extensive

About the Role:

We seek a dynamic and well-connected sales manager with IT staffing and licensed sales expertise. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of closing 4-5 crore annually exclusively through staffing and licensing deals, with a deep understanding of the domestic and local market.

This role requires strong networking skills, the ability to leverage personal connections to generate business, and a people-friendly approach in collaborating with partners like UiPath, Liferay, etc.. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales across North India / South India, working exclusively with captive firms and large MNCswe do not engage with government sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through staffing (not project sales) and licensing deals.
  • Leverage personal network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with captive firms and MNCs.
  • Collaborate closely with technology partners like UiPath, Liferay, etc. to enhance business opportunities.
  • Execute extensive travel across North India to meet clients and partners.
  • Work cohesively with internal teams to align sales strategies and business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in IT staffing sales (4-5 Cr annual closures).
  • Strong knowledge of the domestic and NCR market.
  • Excellent networking skills the ability to acquire business through connections.
  • Pleasant personality with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Flexible for travel post-lockdown.
  • Local to NCR (No relocation support available).
  • Experience working with captive firms, and large MNCsnot the government sector.
