Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development of HR tech solutions to the BFSI sector, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the BFSI sector, including a deep understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry.
- Establish and nurture CXO-level connects, especially with CIOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Digital Heads, to drive strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
