Role Description
The Sales Director will oversee the sales and business development operations related to Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves driving strategic sales efforts, maintaining and expanding client relationships, leading a high-performing sales team, and meeting revenue objectives. Responsibilities also include identifying market opportunities, working on customer acquisition, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to manage end-to-end sales cycles effectively
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and fostering strong client relationships
- Experience in Team Management, including mentoring, training, and motivating teams
- Solid Business Development knowledge, with a track record of identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with PEB industry and steel solutions will be an advantage
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in sales or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
