JOB SUMMARY:
To drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic business development for membrane products (RO, NF, UF) and solutions across India and assigned regions, while leading the sales organization and key customer relationships.
Under strategic leadership, provide proposal and project facilitation support to both internal and external customer base. Liaison with team members to effectively manage sales activities and maximize revenue by interfacing with planning and other departments to ensure customer service orders are prioritized on the build-plan.

1. Strategic thinking + execution
2. Strong negotiation & commercial acumen
3. Technical understanding of membrane systems
4. Leadership - people & stakeholder management
5. Ability to handle complex, project-driven sales cycles
6. Proven leadership skills, including team development, team goal setting, conflict resolution, training, mentoring, and coaching.
7. Ability to successfully guide in-direct reports who are located remotely.
8. Advanced working knowledge of business management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership methodologies and facilitating people and resources.
9. Solid understanding of business INCOTERM trade terms, concepts, ideas, logistics, etc. within an international manufacturing environment, including working knowledge of international logistics.
10. Strong understanding of manufacturing workflow within a multi-national customer base.
11. Solid working knowledge of Commercial Insurance Industry.
12. Intermediate or better skills in Microsoft Office Suite e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project Management and Customer Relationship Management applications.
13. Strong project management and scheduling skills.
14. Strong application of critical thinking skills along with exceptional problem-solving skills, including skills in researching, collecting, and analyzing data.
15. Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to details, high accuracy, and strong follow-through.
16. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write complex reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization of diverse cultures and languages.
17. Strong multi-tasking skills with flexibility to respond to rapidly changing, dynamic processes and/or demands.
18. Effectively prioritize based on critical and urgent needs while working independently and with a wide range of staff, departments and cultures and fostering a cooperative spirit.
19. Working knowledge of tracking revenue sales using ERP system such as JD Edwards.
20. Bilingual or Multi-lingual in languages frequently used within the Nitto Group of Companies employees and/or customers, preferred.
