Role Description
We are hiring a Sales Director based in Bengaluru, to drive high-value sales for our premium hospitality products across South India.
You will be responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline, converting premium leads, and closing high-ticket deals with HNI families, UHNI networks, and corporate decision-makers.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands luxury selling, relationship building, and thrives in an environment where experiences matter as much as outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell high-end hospitality & travel packages for global sports & entertainment events
- Build and manage a strong client base of HNI/UHNI families and corporate leaders
- Identify new business opportunities across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala and key South markets
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and meetings to negotiation and closure
- Generate and manage leads through networks, referrals, partnerships and corporate outreach
- Work closely with the marketing & product team to align offerings with customer needs
- Maintain a robust pipeline and customer data through CRM tools
- Deliver premium client servicing and relationship management post-sale

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in luxury sales / hospitality sales / premium travel / corporate sales
- Strong capability to sell to CXOs, Founders, Business Owners & HNI families
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation and closing skills
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable handling high-ticket transactions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets consistently
- Strong command on MS Office tools (mandatory)
- Experience in sports, events, premium lifestyle or travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field preferred
