Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SEA regional Building Automation Solution Sales Leader with a proven track record in Sales and Account Management for BA Solutions across Southeast Asia business.

This role involves planning and executing a comprehensive range of portfolio management activities including strategic planning, solution planning & development, go-to-market, key account development and engagement, channel partner enablement, and solution delivery activities. Close collaboration with global business units, regional sales among SEA countries and delivery teams is critical to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Go to market strategy and setting a clear vision using Delta internal product/solution or possible 3rd party product/solution building solution
  • Solution Proposal offering and Bid Preparation: conduct in-depth customer requirement analysis, design and architect solution offering from current solution portfolio, assess and evaluate technical gaps and risks, propose feasible solution to meet customer needs, promote solution value to customers, cost estimation, prepare solution presentation and proposal during sales and bidding phase.
  • Co-working BU/BGs to align and optimize existing product roadmap, also future trend for potential business growth
  • Build up ECO system with qualified partners for product distribution or project realization
  • Technical support and knowledge transfer: train internal colleagues and external partners to engage customers, deploy solutions on site.
  • Key account engagement & development
  • Solution Development Management: Support on-site Proof-of-Concept (PoC), First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) and Second-of-a-Kind (SOAK) verification and validation activities. Work with individual product managers on feature enhancements.
  • Life Cycle Management: Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to Solution Managers for new solution and/or feature development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise building automation business activities
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in Building Automation and Energy Management - Having past experience on Building Automation Solutions in Data Center Infrastructure will be highly advantageous
  • Cross-countries management experience
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both spoken and written English (mandatory) and Mandarin Chinese (optional)
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred. Master's degree is an additional advantage.
  • Familiar with digital transformation, IoT, cloud and analytic services is an additional advantage
